π Join Our Team as a Schools & Group Coordinator! π
Job Summary: As the Schools & Group Coordinator, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional service for groups, schools, and large bookings. You'll be the main point of contact for group reservations, welcoming visitors to our attractions, and ensuring everything goes smoothly from start to finish! Youβll also help with marketing efforts and make sure our clients are happy every step of the way! π
Qualifications & Experience
Key Responsibilities:
- πΌ Build and nurture relationships within your assigned markets.
- π Negotiate and secure new/repeat business to increase volume and revenue.
- π Track and report weekly and monthly bookings and revenue.
- π₯ Coordinate onsite activities, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
- ποΈ Assist with special events and promotions to drive more traffic to the site.
- π Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed and engaged.
- π― Drive sales in the tour and travel market, boosting group bookings.
- π Conduct follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and meet sales objectives.
- π§βπ€βπ§ Work collaboratively with teams across the company to enhance client experiences.
Education and Experience:
- π High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
- π» At least 2 years of customer service experience (Inbound call center experience is a plus!).
- π¬ Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- π₯οΈ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).
- β¨ Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent organizational skills.
