About the Job
The Seasonal Entertainment Technician is responsible for maintaining the technical aspects of our shows and events. This includes supporting show operations, installing and operating equipment, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Support show operations by learning and performing show tracks, including scene shifts, prop changes, and costume adjustments.
- Provide assistance with installation, strike, and operation of technical and theatrical equipment.
- Attend all rehearsal periods as required to maintain the resort's show program.
- Perform regular maintenance on equipment and report any defects to the department leadership.
- Safeguard the environment in control booths, houses, on-stage areas, and backstage spaces.
Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for an individual with a working knowledge of technical production and events. Relevant experience in operating lighting and sound equipment for live performances is preferred.
