Available Roles:

🎟 Admissions Team - The First Smile!

Be the first face guests see and ensure their LEGOLAND experience starts with a warm welcome. Help with ticket sales, answer questions, and make sure the park is safe and ready for fun!

You’ll:

• Greet guests with a big smile!
• Help with ticketing, guest inquiries, and traffic control.
• Ensure the park entrance is clean and organized.
• Support the team during opening and closing procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly, approachable personality.
• Flexibility with working hours (weekends and evenings included).
• Ability to work in all weather conditions.

🎢 Attractions Team - Thrill Seekers Wanted!

If you love roller coasters and keeping things safe, this is the job for you! Help guests enjoy LEGOLAND’s rides while making sure they’re safe and happy.

You’ll:

• Assist with the operation of rides, ensuring safety for guests.
• Welcome guests, help them board rides, and explain safety measures.
• Stay alert and follow safety protocols to ensure a smooth operation.
• Keep ride areas clean and organized.

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 to operate attractions.

🌿 Resort Quality Team - Keep the Magic Clean!

Work behind the scenes to ensure the park stays clean, safe, and looking its best. You'll make a big difference in creating a welcoming space for everyone!

You’ll:

• Sweep walkways, clean restrooms, and empty trash.
• Use equipment like blowers and power washers.
• Help with cleaning spills or ensuring high standards of cleanliness.

What We’re Looking For:

• Attention to detail and a strong focus on cleanliness.
• Comfort with using cleaning tools and chemicals safely.
• Flexibility to work in any weather condition.

🎭 Resort Experience Team - Help Guests Enjoy the Show!

Help bring LEGOLAND shows to life! From greeting guests to assisting with the show, you’ll help create fun, memorable moments for everyone.

You’ll:

• Greet and assist guests entering the show.
• Ensure the venue is clean and safe.
• Answer guest questions and help them enjoy the show.
• Support the show experience and encourage audience participation.

• Outgoing, friendly personality.
• Ability to work well with others.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, exciting environment.

🛍 Retail Team - Make Shopping Fun!

Help guests find the perfect LEGOLAND souvenir! From keeping the store organized to engaging with guests, you’ll make shopping a fun part of their visit.

You’ll:

• Assist with merchandise sales and guest questions.
• Keep retail areas clean and organized.
• Help create a positive shopping experience for guests.

• Enthusiastic attitude and excellent customer service skills.
• Flexibility with your schedule (including weekends).
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Health and Safety

Employees are responsible for the safety of themselves, their colleagues and guests (where appropriate), in line with the Group Policy (HS001) and the law. In particular, they must ensure that they follow safe working procedures for all work activities that they undertake and they must not use any tools or equipment for which they have not been trained. Where incidents do occur, they must ensure that they are reported to their line manager and must cooperate with any investigation as appropriate.

Pay Range

Salary : $14 - $15
