Scope of Role:

• Be the superhero who challenges the status quo, making labor needs across the resort as smooth as a LEGO brick slide. 💪🧱
• Lead the charge in embedding a Continuous Improvement Culture, making sure optimization is part of our resort's DNA. 🌐🚀
• Uncover the coolest tech advancements through a close relationship with senior leadership – because we believe in staying ahead of the game. 🚀🔧
• Partner with every corner of the resort, ensuring crystal-clear communication about daily labor priorities. Teamwork makes the dream work! 🤝🌟

Main Responsibilities:

• Become the master of the yellow lock Merlin course, empowering our front-line leaders with the skills they need to conquer every challenge. 🎓🌈
• Capture and track the mind-blowing ideas from our MCs (Model Citizens) and turn them into solutions that elevate our EBITDA, Guest Experience, and MC experience. 💡🚀
• Build bridges with Continuous Improvement Managers across Merlin resorts, sharing ideas, and aligning on the best practices – because we're all about collaboration. 🤝🏰
• Team up with our Rides and Attractions Rockstar's to find the most epic solutions for increasing ridership throughput – making every ride a thrill. 🎢🚀
• Develop strong relationships with operating leaders and stakeholders across all teams – because a united LEGOLAND is an unstoppable force. 🌟💼
• Be the storyteller of success, tracking and reporting on the hard and soft benefits of each project delivered – because results matter. 📊🎉
• Continuously evaluate our Resort Operations Model for optimization opportunities throughout the employee lifecycle – innovation is our middle name. 🔄🚀

Qualifications & Experience

If you've got the magic touch to manage large teams and bring the party to life, you're the star we're searching for! 🌟

Requirements:
