About The Role:
As a Lifeguard, you’ll be the guardian of safety at our LEGOLAND Water Park. You’ll ensure the safety of our guests, prevent accidents, and maintain a fun, friendly environment for families to enjoy their day! 🚨⛱️

Lifeguards are essential to LEGOLAND’s success. You'll ensure safety, maintain equipment, and follow all safety guidelines to keep the fun flowing! Plus, you’ll be delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring that every visitor has a magical experience at the park. ✨🤗
Physical Demands:
- 🏃♂️ Intermittent and prolonged standing and walking to move about the resort site and interact with employees and guests.
- ✋ Finger dexterity sufficient to complete paperwork activities and to use a computer.
- 👀 Visual acuity sufficient to read written materials, to complete paperwork activities.
- 👂 Hearing sufficient to communicate with individuals in person and by telephone.
Work Environment:
- 🌞 Work in a variety of indoor and outdoor locations with varying temperatures.
- 🌧️ Wet & Humid Conditions: Be prepared for fun and splash-filled environments!
Health and Safety
Employees are responsible for the safety of themselves, their colleagues and guests (where appropriate), in line with the Group Policy (HS001) and the law. In particular, they must ensure that they follow safe working procedures for all work activities that they undertake and they must not use any tools or equipment for which they have not been trained. Where incidents do occur, they must ensure that they are reported to their line manager and must cooperate with any investigation as appropriate.
Qualifications & Experience
Who We’re Looking For… 🤔💦
✅ Certification Ready? You’ve got a current StarGuard First Aid and CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer or are ready to complete LEGOLAND-provided training! 🏅🩺
📝 Test Ready? You’re prepared to pass the written and practical skills exams for StarGuard before stepping into duty! 🧑🏫📚
🏊♂️ Swim Skills? You’ve got the stamina to ace the StarGuard swim test: 100-yard swim, 2-minute tread water, and a 1-minute 40-second timed event! 💪🌊
👀 Quick to React? You have the visual and auditory ability to respond swiftly to critical situations, and the physical agility to act in emergencies with confidence and speed! 🚨⚡

Pay Range
USD $15.00/Hr.Salary : $15
