Marketing Intern - LX

GENERAL PURPOSE We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support our training team in producing high-quality video content. This internship will provide you with valuable experience in video editing and experience working with a cross-functional marketing team. DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Assist in the editing of training videos, including cutting, assembling, and enhancing video footage.
• Collaborate with the training team to ensure video content aligns with training objectives and messaging.
• Incorporate graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance videos.
• Help organize and maintain video assets and files for easy access and retrieval.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative ideas for training content.
• Support the preparation of additional multimedia materials as needed (e.g., presentations, infographics).
• Gather feedback from the training team to optimize video content for future projects.
• Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines by collaborating with the creative team to maintain a consistent visual and messaging style across training materials.
• Create and edit motion graphics videos for social media and marketing purposes to increase engagement and promote brand messaging.
• Perform additional administrative tasks related to marketing as needed.

• Comfortable handling multiple projects with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Strong verbal, written and presentation communication skills
• Strong listening skills with the ability to translate concepts into deliverables
• Ability to contribute positively to a collaborative work environment
• Detail and process oriented
• Possess high degree of professionalism Minimum Education and Experience Required :
• High School Diploma
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in the field of Marketing, Business, Instructional Design, or Graphic Design or similar
• Experience with video editing software Preferred Qualifications :
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Skill using video editing software (Camtasia preferred)
• Experience using Adobe software
• Enjoys working independently and in a collaborative team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices across the company WORKING CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required (for the majority of the working day) to sit and make coordinated movements of the fingers for data entry on a keyboard.
• General office environment
