What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at LeGrand Coffee House?
The Barista position at LeGrand Coffee House is charged with serving all beverages to the highest standard. The Barista is expected to provide excellent customer service at all times, and in compliance with company procedures and protocol. The Barista is expected to team with other staff, be open to training and perform their work in a manner consistent with our core values.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare all beverages in accordance with our training and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and service counter.
- Cross train for all front of house positions.
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Completes all scheduled and assigned tasks as required.
- Assures continuous quality in regard to all beverages sold.
Days & Hours:
As Scheduled Monday through Sunday based on needs of the café.
Physical Requirements of Position:
- Regular lifting, up to 50 pounds.
- Stretching overhead, bending, reaching.
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Working efficiently in small prep areas.
