PAY RATE: $14.32 - $17.19/hour (Depending on Experience)
SCHEDULE: Part Time - Seasonal
DEPARTMENT: Recreation

JOB SUMMARY |
- Performs a variety of advanced pool-side and water safety duties.
- Monitor water activities to assure safety.
- Provide close supervision of all lifeguards including training, supervision, and evaluations.
- Direct and perform general upkeep and custodial duties and other duties as assigned by aquatics managers.
- Works under the general supervision of the Outdoor Pool Managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS |
- Graduation from high school.
- 2-years aquatics experience.
- Current Red Cross lifeguard certification or equivalent.
- Knowledge of rules and regulations of the aquatics facility.
- Leadership skills.
- Able to pass a background check and drug test.
Employment in this position is conditional upon passing a pre-employment background and drug test.
Salary : $14 - $17
