Job Overview
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for evaluating patients/residents, collecting data, observing conditions, and reporting changes in condition. You will contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders, and supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to comprehensive nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Supervise and monitor the delivery of patient care by unlicensed staff.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A graduate degree from an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- CURRENTLY licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending LPN licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by state practice if working in an assisted living facility.
