- Directly supervises various production employees.
- Ensure effective employee relations. Provides employee coaching and development. Recommends employment decisions, such as hiring and terminations. Resolves employee issues
- Provides technical assistance as required.
- Enforces Company policies and procedures.
- Coordinates scheduling of shop floor personnel with production schedule. Manages priorities.
- Balances quality, productivity, costs, and morale to achieve positive results in all areas.
- Complies with all safety rules and regulations. Performs accident investigations
- Other duties as assigned with or without accommodation.
