Description
Position Summary
Transport passengers to and from the parking areas and the Main Terminal, ensuring the safety of passengers. Assist with loading / unloading of luggage on the shuttle bus.
Essential Responsibilities
- Continuously drive the shuttle bus throughout the airport property.
- Greet passengers and answer inquiries
- Assist with luggage on and off the shuttle bus
- At the beginning and end of the shift, inspect the vehicle to ensure that it is functioning correctly.
- Professionally communicate over two- way radio
- Fuel vehicle as needed
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Requirements
- Valid PA Drivers License
- Must be able to drive in adverse weather conditions
- Ability to work independently , must be dependable
- Ability to perform responsibilities with a positive attitude and in a professional manner
Education and Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Previous driving experience in passenger transportation a plus
Physical Requirements and Exposures
- Must be able to bend, push, pull and lift up to 75 lbs
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to tolerate exposure to extreme weather conditions
