Lehigh University is seeking an Exempt Staff Full-time Assistant Director, Marketing Projects to join our dynamic Development and Alumni Relations (DAR) team. The Marketing Project Assistant Director works on a wide range of tasks in support of the Development and Alumni Relations (DAR) Marketing and Communications Team. The Marketing Project Assistant Director will provide marketing strategy for a variety of DAR projects and then manage projects across the content and design teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, people-savvy, and understand marketing strategies and tactics. The candidate will be comfortable using online tools to submit requests, track production schedules to ensure deadlines and schedules, follow up on outstanding tasks, and pull reports. This position is a Grade : 8 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $46,180-$55,420 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

- Build marketing plans
- Manage execution of marketing projects
- Draft language for marketing tactics
- Serve as liaison for deliverables between MarCom and requestors
