As the Head Coach, you will be responsible for guiding every aspect of the Volleyball program, from recruiting top talent to fostering an environment that promotes personal growth, academic success, and competitive excellence. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Instructing student athletes in the fundamental skills, rules, strategies, and physical conditioning necessary for success in their sport
- Act as the lead in character development which includes counseling, teaching, instructing, advising, motivating, inspiring, disciplining and rewarding athletes as appropriate
- Planning and evaluating student progress and program results, status, and priorities
- Identifying and attracting prospects
- Promoting strong public and media relations
- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience; Master's Degree preferred
- Five to eight years of related work experience
- Experience as a student-athlete
- NCAA Certification required
- CPR/First Aid required
- Ability to recruit and develop top-tier student-athletes
- Understanding of NCAA rules and regulations
