Positions Under Consideration:
Coordinators: Football Coordinators (Offense, Defense, Special Teams) research, plan, implement, evaluate and improve the effectiveness of major functional units within a football team. Evidence of football knowledge (technical and tactical), teaching ability, creativity, leadership and strong communication skills are essential. In addition, these positions have significant recruiting and student development responsibilities, as well as specifically defined administrative duties. A college degree and a minimum of 5 to 8 years of coaching and recruiting experience are required, preferably in college and ideally in Division 1.
Experienced Assistant Coaches: Assistant coaches with college coaching and recruiting experience have responsibilities for an important position group within the football program (ex. Offensive Line, Offensive Backs, Wide Receivers, Defensive Secondary, Defensive Line, Linebackers). Evidence of football knowledge (technical and tactical) that is relevant to specific position groups, teaching ability, creativity and strong communication skills are essential. In addition, these positions have recruiting and student development responsibilities, as well as specifically defined administrative duties. A college degree and a minimum of 3 to 5 years of coaching and recruiting experience are required, preferably in college and ideally in Division 1.
Entry Level Assistant Coaches: Assistant Coaches with some coaching and recruiting experience, relevant experience in a football related field (post-collegiate playing experience, football training experience, football video analysis experience), or successful experience in a high school or prep school setting. These positions assist with a sub-segment of a position group, or engage with a smaller group (ex. kicking specialists, tight ends). In addition, these positions have recruiting and student development responsibilities, as well as specifically defined administrative duties. A college degree and a minimum of 1-3 years of coaching, recruiting or relevant experience are required.

Successful completion of standard background checks including but not limited to: social security verification, education verification, national criminal background checks, motor vehicle checks, PATCH, FBI fingerprinting, Child Abuse Clearance and credit history based upon the requirements of the position
