As the driving force behind key organizational change initiatives, you will leverage your strategic acumen to facilitate successful implementation and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Position Number: S84970

This position is a Grade: 10 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $65,290-$79,430 and is subject to change based on experience, skills and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in office functions.
• Develop and implement office procedures, administrative policies, and workflow improvements.
• Manage budgets, resources, and financial planning in collaboration with leadership.
• Maintain OSPI metrics and website to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage OSPI events, including maintaining the office calendar.
• Collaborate with UCPA to promote OSPI initiatives and track progress against key communication strategies and goals.
• Support the execution of strategic initiatives by coordinating with university leadership, faculty, and staff.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to advance institutional priorities.
• Engage stakeholders through open and collaborative practices.
• Establish performance metrics and evaluation frameworks.
• Provide guidance, direction, and support to OSPI staff, fostering a high-performance team environment.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five to eight years of related work experience.
• Candidates with at least 3 years of strongly related experience in a similar role at a higher education institution - may be considered.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to develop and execute strategic plans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to build consensus and influence decision-making processes.
