Job Opportunity:
LVP Geisinger Ophthalmology is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible optometrist to join our comprehensive full-service ophthalmology practice. As an optometrist with us, you will provide high-quality clinical care to patients and their families in the Lehigh Valley and beyond.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive eye exams to monitor ocular disease and detect potential issues early on
- Conduct post-operative visits for cataract and refractive surgery patients to ensure smooth recovery
- Evaluate and treat dry eye conditions, including LipiFlow therapy
- Participate in multi-site locations, working up to 3 days per week
- Collaborate with a team of ophthalmologists, oculoplastic surgeons, optometrists, opticians, and certified ophthalmic assistants who bring unique areas of expertise to the table
