What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Manager position at Lehigh Valley Humane Society and Vet Clinic?
This position is responsible for managing the front desk and providing high level comprehensive support to our leadership team This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, handle a high volume of tasks, think steps ahead, remain calm under pressure, generate fresh ideas, develop and cultivate relationships with staff and community leaders and offer solutions to problems The ideal candidate will have great instincts and resourcefulness, advanced tech skills, a high level of intelligence and exude a positive and energy Love of animals is required!
Admin and Clerical
· Assist the leadership team with general clerical duties
· Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
· Assist accounting with any LVHS related requests
· Perform other duties as required or directed
Front Desk & Customer Service
· Run monthly intake and outcome reports
· Check bank deposits for accuracy and make bank deposits for both clinic and shelter
· Supervise customer service staff
· Assist with daily operations at the desk
· Resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
· Develop a general knowledge of the animals in the LVHS’s care
· Assist Development in cultivating new donors and lifelong customers through providing excellent customer service
· Assist volunteers with accessing and using Volunteer Hub
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
