Job Requirements :
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Willing to work long hours and be able to stand, walk and bend for an extended amount of time
- Ability to lift 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds on occasion
- Carry out instructions given by the Executive Chef or Stand Manager
- Understand nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable
- Must have the ability to multitask
- Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and at a thorough pace
Knowledge of basic food handling procedures and experience with grilling and frying equipment is preferred.
Job Responsibilities :
All Cooks may be considered for cross-training in multiple locations of the ballpark at management's discretion. General responsibilities for all positions include but are not limited to :
