Innovative Designs & Publishing, a locally-owned, community-focused company, is looking for a Client Relationship Specialist to help support the sales and marketing team at the Lehigh Valley Style Family, This position will be tasked to drive revenue, manage our work-flow process and work with clients to increase revenue, collect ad materials and more. We are looking for a proactive, positive and problem-solving individual who values the success of their clients and the team.
Reports to: Publisher, Lehigh Valley Style
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Help increase revenues by assisting all the Lehigh Valley Style Marketing Advisors (MAs) with their Before Sales Service and After Sales Service work, thereby freeing them up to sell more.
- Before Sales Service includes but is not limited to
- Outreach to local businesses to set appointments. Cold calling prospective advertisers and sponsors. Research and identify new prospects. GOAL: Minimum of 200 outbound calls per week.
- Schedule follow up phone calls and appointments for Marketing Advisors.
- Prepare sales related documents including agreements, proposals and deadlines for our MAs and clients.
- Work closely with internal team to create work schedules and project plans to meet deadlines.
- Understand the current products and services available for multiple brands.
- After Sales Service includes but is not limited to:
- Develop meaningful relationships with customers to build trust and loyalty. Develop relationships with new and existing accounts to identify sales opportunities.
- Communicate regularly with clients to collect materials.
- Address client questions and solve issues related to ad materials and invoicing.
- Robust, ongoing use of our CRM database to manage the sales pipeline and keep account information current.
- Communicate challenges associated with products and work to troubleshoot as needed.
- Grow and manage your own client base to include:
- Clients assigned by the Publisher.
- Social Media posts.
- Directory Sales
- Other duties as our ever-evolving business dictates.

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and support a variety of personalities.
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or related sales experience, preferred.
- Excellent computer and CRM skills (MS Office proficiency); including Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
