Responsibilities:
- Perform drain snaking in residential and commercial settings
- Conduct camera inspections
- Troubleshoot and diagnose drain-related issues
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns
Experience:
- Previous experience as a drain technician or similar role
- Proficient in commercial driving for transportation of equipment and materials
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required
- Familiarity with sewer camera, K50
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
