Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an ERP Consultant, located in Michigan, with flexibility for some remote work. As an ERP Consultant, you will be primarily responsible for implementing and maintaining ERP systems for clients, collaborating with clients to improve their business processes, and providing ongoing support and training. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure solutions meet client requirements and exceed their expectations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Sage 100 Cloud ERP consultant OR 3-4 years of experience as a Sage 100 Cloud ERP Power User (financials, distribution or manufacturing experience strongly preferred).
OR
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as an Acumatica consultant OR 3-4 years of experience as an Acumatica Power User (financials, distribution or manufacturing experience strongly preferred).
- Familiarity & experience with ERP system design, implementation, and project management methodologies.
- Solid understanding of common industry business practices related to accounting concepts, financial systems, inventory control systems, and manufacturing systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Outstanding organizational & time management skills required to work independently and as part of a team and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data and systems.
- Experience with Crystal Reports, SQL, database design, web technologies, system integrations and basic network configurations is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel primarily in-state, as needed

- Schedule and conduct discovery meetings with clients to gather project requirements.
- Map business processes and oversee data migration.
- Create training documents and lead training sessions with clients.
- Respond to support calls and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Attend project status meetings.
- Travel to client sites, primarily in-state (as needed).
- Deliver insightful and engaging training sessions via phone, web, or in-person.
- Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to understand complex business requirements
- Produce professional documentation of challenges, future requirements, and benefits.
- Perform project scoping, planning, business process mapping.
- Provide guidance to internal and client implementation teams.
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
