Job Description
Leicester Country Club is an 18 hole public golf club located 10 minutes from downtown Worcester. We are currently seeking qualified grounds crew members.
Primary Duties:
- Regular and scheduled maintenance of 18 hole golf course.
- Mowing, cutting and trimming of fairways, putting greens and "Rough" areas of the course.
- Raking, blowing and otherwise maintaining golf course and public access areas of the property.
- Learning, operating as well as maintaining course machinery and equipment.
- Maintaining a neat and orderly work area.
- Ability to assist with maintenance and "Handyman" type tasks.
Required Skills:
- The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of landscape type experience.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Ability to communicate with managers, vendors and other grounds crew associates.
- Knowledge of irrigation equipment encouraged.
- Knowledge of the game of golf helpful.
- Ability to lift 40 LBS.
- Current driver's license.
Flexible schedule. Compensation based upon experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.50 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
