Warehouse Specialist
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to the efficient and accurate operation of our warehouse, ensuring that materials are received, processed, and shipped in a timely manner. This position offers opportunities for growth and development within the company, particularly in logistics, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and Processing:
- Check-in and verify incoming products from suppliers and production, ensuring counts are accurate.
- Process and verify materials for internal and external departments.
- Manually pick, pack, and assemble orders accurately and efficiently for sales orders and staging.
- Order Fulfillment:
- Pick, pack, and assemble orders accurately and efficiently to ensure shipments go out on time and arrive without damage.
- Build and package wooden crates, boxes, and pallets for shipping.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including generating packing lists & shipping labels.
- Inventory Management:
- Stock and replenish inventory, ensuring product availability in designated locations.
- Perform regular cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Utilize ERP software to track and manage inventory, orders, and shipments.
- Warehouse Maintenance:
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move and store products.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, following safety protocols and guidelines.
- Assist with restocking returns and maintaining an orderly workspace.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist with various warehouse functions and problem-solving tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Education, Qualifications & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 years of warehouse experience preferred, though we are open to training motivated individuals.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to consistently lift at least 50 lbs.
- Experience with ERP systems or inventory management software is a plus, but not required.
