Description
Leidos is seeking a Proposal Governance Lead for the AEGIS Program, responsible for the timely development and submission of high quality, compelling, and compliant responses to NASA on this high volume IDIQ contract. This position works with a matrixed team of leaders to ensure on-contract proposals are delivered on time through NASA's iSite system, while still complying with all Leidos Governance requirements.

The location for this position is to be at one of our main NASA Centers.
Duties include but are not limited to :
- Design and implement efficient proposal operations for both Cost Plus and FFP Task Order (Work Package) submissions, tracking and ensuring smooth movement of the pipeline through the iSite process, as well as instilling quality reviews and gate checks at the appropriate stages.
- Works closely with senior program leaders to plan resources needed to optimally and effectively support program growth pipeline.
- Tracks proposal development status across the program to provide surge support when needed and recommends remediation actions to ensure timely, compliant, and compelling responses.
- Provides oversight of proposal process including subcontractor contributions.
- Effectively communicates with technical leads on team to ensure on time and complete proposal submissions.
- Identifies, sources, and incorporates process improvements.
