The Digital Modernization Sector has an exciting career opportunity for a Customer Success Associate in Colorado Springs, CO to support the US Space Force's Space Systems Command (SSC). This role is instrumental in the development and deployment of mission critical software for space defense, space domain awareness, and enabling data services. This role combines the strategic vision of a solutions architect with the technical depth of cloud / hybrid cloud platform engineering.
Primary Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing a modern, integrated cloud / hybrid cloud platform that is both future-proof and aligned with current performance / mission objectives.
- Understand multiple components and document the complete architecture of the current cloud / hybrid cloud platform implementation.
- Manage the entire technical baseline, including the environment(s) and applications, providing comprehensive recommendations for improving and optimizing the existing solution.
- Enabling successful accomplishment of performance objectives for scalability, reliability, security, resiliency, efficiency, and observability.
- Document architectures, dependencies, interfaces, workflows, and processes for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with multiple teams responsible for implementing each component of the cloud / hybrid cloud platform and infrastructure to ensure their alignment with enterprise level objectives and roadmaps, to understand blockers, report status, and collect metrics.
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into detailed architectural designs (i.e., as-is / to-be) that align with strategic goals.
- Enabling application, enterprise, and environment engineering teams in development and deployment of solutions that meet performance, security, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
- Championing for efficiency, automation, continuous optimization of resources, enhanced platform / cloud services, ensuring seamless interoperability and integration with existing platforms.
- Continuously evaluating and recommending existing and emerging tools, technologies, and practices that enhance the cloud and platform capabilities, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
- Monitoring and optimizing cloud and platform services to ensure high performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- Staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively adapt and evolve our architectural strategies.
Basic Qualifications
Cloud Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
Familiarity with cloud / hybrid cloud computing platforms and their services within various security domains

Pay Range :
Pay Range $104,650.00 - $189,175.00
