Job Summary:
Performs variety of routine activities in support of the National Enterprise Team. Gathers, collects, records, tracks, and verifies data and information from multiple sources. Compiles, reviews and analyzes data in clear, concise formats for decision-making purposes. Uses tools to compile and generate reports that include statistics, timelines, tables, etc. In addition, this role will take the lead with creating presentations and resources that are critical to National Enterprise.
- Provide administrative support to the National Enterprise Team.
- Perform research on various states/territories to aid in determining recruitment efforts
- Prepare and distribute reports on a reoccurring and ad hoc basis
- Meeting preparation to include scheduling, preparation of presentation materials, etc.
- Attend meetings, generate meeting minutes and distribute final/approved meeting minutes
- Maintain the National Enterprise SharePoint
- Liaison for equipment requests for current employees and new hires
- Manage the department shared email
- Support efforts that include pilots and other initiatives, as needed
- Ticket submissions in PRM; monitoring to resolution
- Other duties as assigned to support the needs of the department

- Demonstrates strong technological proficiency including the ability to effectively utilize reporting tools, communication mediums, and other equipment while working in a remote environment
- Must be able to troubleshoot basic technical issues, navigate virtual platforms, and maintain a secure and efficient home office environment
Education and/or Experience: (includes certificate & licenses)
- High School diploma, or equivalent (GED)
- 3 to 5 years of administrative assistant experience
- Must be able to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
Typical Day:
- Training: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
- Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Remote position - must reside in East or Central Time zone.
Pay and Benefits:
Starting pay: $22.54 - $28.63
