In this rewarding role, you will:
- Participate in month end/year end close activities, including journal entries, adjustments, accruals, etc. Verify data accuracy, reconcile results, and identify, analyze, and investigate variances and their impacts
- Develop, prepare and maintain financial statements and other reports, including development of new formats
- Work on financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and cost accounting
- Reconciling sub-ledger to general ledger account balances
- Review and analyze GL accounts
- Participate in the preparation for internal controls reviews/audits
- Participate in business proposal preparation including development of pricing models
- Review AP invoices
- Assist or take lead in implementation of new processes, systems, etc., as appropriate and depending on the project
- Prepare ad-hoc reports and handle other projects and functions, as needed
You Must Have:
- A bachelors degree from an accredited college in Business Administration, specializing in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- 6 to 10 years of professional level experience in Accounting/Finance
- Experience with Acumatica or equivalent large automated accounting system environment
- The ability to successfully pass National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) background investigation
Salary Range: $84,416.33 - $104,397.73 up to 8% Annual Bonus Eligibility
