Leidos' Office of Technology is seeking an AI/ML Lead Solution Architect to join our Decision Advantage Business Area in our National Security Sector. In this role, you will drive the delivery of AI-driven capabilities – for efficiency, better decision-making, and extension of human agency – across the most impactful, data-centric missions we perform for our customers. You provide leadership in building a portfolio of offerings and capabilities to address current and emerging AI/ML solutions, and ensure Leidos differentiation of scale, security and speed feature prominently in positioning of our major capabilities. You will work hand-in-hand with business development, capture management, line management, research and development, and other subject matter experts to develop optimal and differentiated Leidos solutions to be delivered in proposals, on programs, or on research and development projects.

Pay Range
Pay Range $148,850.00 - $269,075.00

Required Qualifications
- Master's degree with 15 years of prior relevant experience or Bachelor's degree with 17 years of relevant experience.
- Technical credentials in various subfields relevant to AI (e.g., Data Science, Data Engineering, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, Computer Science).
- Proficiency in a broad range of AI techniques and applications, including Data Science, Analytics, Autonomy/Autonomous Systems, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning, and Generative AI/LLMs.
- Ability to architect solutions using a broad range of technologies and disciplines including (but not limited to) Data Science, Analytics, Autonomy/Autonomous Systems, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, NLP, and Generative AI/LLMs.
- Understanding of the importance of ML Ops and Data Ops as well as their relationship to broader DevSecOps concepts and processes.
- US citizenship with active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
