- Language Proficiency: Meet the Interagency Language Roundtable scale's language proficiency requirements within the past year.
- Master Translator: Translate materials with precise syntax and expression from Chinese-Mandarin to English.
- Research Whiz: Conduct comprehensive research and compile findings to support specific intelligence needs.
- Cultural Contextualization: Utilize your knowledge to provide cultural, social, and ethnic context in translations, including gisting or screening.
- Mentorship and Teamwork: Mentor junior team members and work cooperatively in a diverse team environment.
- Independence and Initiative: Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Interpersonal Skills: Engage effortlessly with personnel from diverse cultures. Proficiency in MS Office applications is a must.
