Leidos National Security Sector is seeking a COMSEC Project Manager to support an Intelligence Community (IC) client in McLean, Virginia. In this exciting opportunity you will be leverage your 10 years of experience and expertise in managing and facilitating projects by collaborating with key stakeholders and identifying the customer requirements. In this role you will support a team of technicians who store, load, update, patch and maintain cryptographic equipment and management systems. You will communicate with high level stakeholders and technicians in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment. Duties include;
- Managing and facilitating prioritization of requirements by collaborating with key stakeholders to identify customer needs.
- Proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation plans.
- Supporting a team of technicians who store, load, update, patch and maintain cryptographic equipment and management systems.
Required Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance
- Clean security record and ability to obtain program-specific secondary clearance review & read-ins
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of applicable experience. Additional experience may be substituted for a degree
- Previous experience as Primary or Alternate COMSEC Custodian for major account servicing more than 100 devices
- Experience with various Type 1 Cryptographic devices, keys and loaders
- Experience working on client’s classified system as a Systems Administrator
- COMSEC Custodian Class Completion or ability to complete within 30 days of start
- Basic networking experience with LAN/WAN/Optical specialization
- Experience utilizing common ticket systems (Remedy, ServiceNow) and common network management tools (GDIT, HPOV, HPNA, Solarwinds, MNS, Netcool, etc.)

Pay Range:
Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
