Join us in a critical role as a Customer Success Associate to support the US Space Force's Space Systems Command (SSC). This exciting opportunity is based in Colorado Springs, CO, where you will play a key role in the development and deployment of vital software for space defense and data services. This position merges the strategic vision of a solutions architect with the technical expertise of cloud and hybrid cloud platform engineering.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and implement a cutting-edge, integrated cloud / hybrid cloud platform that fulfills current mission objectives and is prepared for future challenges.
- Document and analyze the complete architecture of existing cloud / hybrid cloud platform implementations.
- Oversee the technical baseline and applications environments, providing strategic recommendations for system improvement and optimization.
- Facilitate the achievement of performance targets related to scalability, reliability, security, efficiency, and observability.
- Create documentation for architectures, dependencies, interfaces, and workflows that caters to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure alignment with enterprise objectives, address blockers, report on status, and gather metrics.
- Engage with stakeholders to transform requirements into comprehensive architectural designs that align with strategic goals.
- Assist in development and deployment to ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards.
- Promote efficiency, automation, and continuous optimization across platform / cloud services for seamless integration.
- Regularly assess and suggest tools, technologies, and practices to enhance cloud and platform capabilities.
- Monitor and optimize cloud services to guarantee high performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to evolve architectural strategies proactively.
Basic Qualifications
Cloud Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
Experience with cloud / hybrid cloud platforms and services across security domains.

Pay Range :
Pay Range $104,650.00 - $189,175.00.
