Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead an Infrastructure Support team for a large cybersecurity contract and Enterprise Security Operations Center
- Lead a team of Information Systems Security Officers (ISSOs) to achieve and maintain Authority to Operate (ATO) for all contract systems
- Ensure operations and maintenance (O&M) best practices are adhered to for cloud and on-premises environments, systems, applications and tools.
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of IT infrastructure by conducting regular system health checks, performance analysis and troubleshooting.
- Oversee infrastructure upgrades and system patching to maintain optimal performance and security.
- Support in designing and implementing infrastructure solutions to meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot, hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime and fast recovery
- Maintain and trouble network components
- Ensure network security best practices are followed, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs

- Implement and enforce system access controls and user permissions, ensuring compliance with organizational security policies and standards.
Basic Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain Top-Secret Clearance with eligibility for SCI

- 10 years of experience
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Active Directory
- Understanding of NIST 800 series publications and Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) compliance.
- Familiarity with all related aspects of cybersecurity operations and security architecture
- Familiarity with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and Authority to Operate (ATO)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with VMWare vSphere 7
- Experience with Cisco Networking
- Experience with Dell Server, and SAN Storage hardware
- Familiarity with system accreditation and authorization and the FBI's ATO processes
- Experience evaluating, documenting, and managing NIST 800-53 control implementations
- Experience with GRC tools (RiskVision, Xacta and JCAM)
- Experience with FBI, DHS, IC, and DoD Networks.
- Experience with technical and/or military writing
- Experience with configuring and operating cybersecurity and networking devices (i.e. routers, firewalls, IDPS)
- Preferred Certifications:
- Microsoft Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
- VMware Data Center Virtualization (VCP-DCV)
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
