We are seeking a skilled Deployment Operations Manager (DOM) to join our team. In this vital role, you will offer comprehensive intelligence and administrative support to analysts, engineers, and scientists across various intelligence disciplines. Your work will be crucial in facilitating member deployments and maintaining critical databases such as ARIS, ASIMS, DCAPES, DRRS, GDSS, JIANT, SOCRATES, SOIS, and SMS. You will act as the primary or alternate Contingency Operations Manager for our Special Operations unit and support the client with unit deployment management and operational planning needs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Review and analyze planning documents to identify deployment tasking while monitoring, inputting, extracting, and interpreting data within information systems.
- Assist in all deployment phases, including the bed-down of forces, while collaborating closely with operations, logistics, and support organizations to enhance combat mission effectiveness.
- Evaluate and recommend requirements for the forward movement of forces to support theater commanders.
- Track and schedule mobility training for unit members, as well as acquire and issue initial and deployment equipment.
- Build and maintain mobility folders and support unit members throughout the Personnel Deployment Function (PDF).
- Manage individuals as an Increment Monitor to facilitate cargo through the Cargo Deployment Function (CDF) during exercises and real-world deployments.
- Coordinate travel logistics for deployers to and from monthly rotator departure and return locations.
- Flexibly adjust your schedule to meet operational requirements.
