Job Summary :
As a Systems Administrator, your role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our IT systems. You will monitor our infrastructure, troubleshoot technical challenges, and implement effective solutions to ensure seamless operations. Your expertise will significantly contribute to optimizing and securing our systems, enhancing the organization's technological capabilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems effectively.
- Oversee daily IT system configurations and operations.
- Provide assistance to users regarding IT system access and usage.
- Monitor and resolve issues across client / server / storage / network devices and mobile devices.
- Communicate status updates regularly to agency management and internal customers.
- Optimize system performance and engage in capacity planning efforts.
- Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems to ensure system integrity and performance.
