Description
Leidos is seeking a talented ICAM Solutions Architect to join our dynamic team. This key role will involve being the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on ICAM, focusing on implementing Zero Trust initiatives through advanced ICAM IT services.
The ICAM Solutions Architect will collaborate closely with both the Fort Independence customer and technical leadership to accurately assess ICAM requirements and present innovative technical solutions. Additionally, this role includes hands-on implementation, developing technical patterns and reusable code to meet the project requirements, and interacting directly with commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) software vendors.
Your responsibilities will include driving implementation teams to adhere to customer technical standards and performance expectations, ensuring compliance with Agile methodologies, security accreditation processes, and FLOSS approval protocols.
Requirements :
- TS / SCI Full Scope clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 12 years of experience (or additional experience in lieu of a degree)
- Proven experience working directly with vendors to assess capabilities and integrate system-of-systems
- Strong collaboration skills with both customer and Fort Independence PMO to translate Zero Trust and ICAM requirements into actionable implementation plans
- Continuous engagement with industry advancements related to Zero Trust and ICAM
- Expertise in creating and managing project schedules
- Ability to coordinate across multiple project teams to align schedules and resource allocation, proactively identifying potential roadblocks
- Experience in defining project scope, requirements, and objectives effectively
- Regularly updating project status to ensure alignment on team tasks
- Exceptional communication skills for relaying project goals, objectives, and statuses clearly
- In-depth understanding of ICAM technologies and systems engineering principles
- Capability to provide clear briefings to senior management
- Experience with requirements decomposition and Systems Engineering best practices
- Familiarity with Agile Methodology for software delivery
- Proficient in utilizing JIRA and Confluence tools
- Ability to effectively communicate at senior levels within a customer organization
- Demonstrated experience in supporting customer projects while managing competing priorities
- Strong track record of collaboration and coordination across diverse project teams, enhancing information sharing and productivity

Pay Range : $126,100.00 - $227,950.00
