Leidos is looking for a highly skilled Information System Security Officer (ISSO) for Industrial Control Systems (ICS) . In this crucial role, you will support our Cyber Security and Information Technology programs, directly reporting to the Information System Security Manager (ISSM) and the IT Director.
Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE Q Clearance. This position is contingent upon clearance verification and program / customer concurrence.
Job Travel Requirement : Willingness to travel onsite for ICS-related requirements.
Potential for Telework : Yes, approximately 50% remote and 50% on-site, negotiable.

Primary Responsibilities :
- Support the Cyber Security and Information Technology programs.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Information Assurance.
- Collaborate independently and with IT and Cyber professionals.
- Develop and implement security policies and standards to maintain organizational security.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations related to information system security.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate security risks in line with regulations.
- Conduct internal and external audits to maintain compliance.
- Guide Cyber Security Analysts and Operations Group to ensure effective security measures.
- Coordinate response to security incidents and recommend future risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead training programs on information security for staff.
- Regularly report security posture and compliance status to senior management.
- Review and recommend enhancements to security policies and practices.
- Evaluate third-party vendors' security controls and manage associated risks.
