Leidos is seeking a qualified Infrastructure and Domain Services Test Lab Team Lead to join our Defense Enclave Services (DES) team. As a leader, you will lead a team of talented engineers to design, implement, and maintain a robust testing environment for our critical infrastructure and domain services supporting an extensive digital modernization program critical to DISA and Fourth Estate Agencies.
Clearance Requirement :
- Possess a current Secret clearance.
Job Responsibilities :
Oversee a team of Test Engineers, ensuring their tasks are aligned with project goals and deadlines.Identify and mitigate potential issues before they impact production systems.Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members.Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.Rapidly test and validate new infrastructure and domain services.Ensure efficient test execution, documentation of results, and timely resolution of defects.Collaborate with engineers to identify and address issues prior to delivery of test plans to third-party testers.Promote the use of test automation tools and techniques to improve efficiency and coverage.Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the test lab infrastructure.Ensure the lab is equipped with the necessary hardware, software, and network resources.Interact with customers, users, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate progress, and address concerns.Represent the test team in project meetings and decision-making processes.Ensure that the team adheres to quality standards and best practices throughout the testing process.Conduct code reviews and audits to identify potential defects.Basic Qualifications :
Experience with effectively detecting, tracking, reporting, and communicating test defects.Deep understanding of infrastructure and domain services technologies (e.g., servers, networks, databases, virtualization).Current IAT Level II or higher Certification such as Security or CISSP.Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience; additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an infrastructure and / or Domain Services testing environment.At least 2 years in a leadership role.Certifications :
Current IAT Level II or higher Certification (Security , CISSP, etc.).Relevant testing certifications preferred.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.Familiarity with requirements traceability, system-of-systems integration and testing.Experience with cloud-based environments and infrastructure.Pay Range :
Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
