Your Main Objective:
Assist in managing all programs related to Recon compartment training, with a specific focus on the ASE crew position.
Work directly with the 645 AESS and all applicable stakeholders for baseline deliveries and equipment/software upgrades. Additionally, work with 29 TES on aircraft participation for program test and evaluation
Develop and provide training documentation, checklists, syllabi, and training standards for new and existing equipment across all three RC-135 variants.
Aids 55 OG/OGT in management of annual Ready Aircrew Program training requirements and documentation, in coordination with ACC.
Manage VR requirements and work with DAF VR enterprise in developing simulation environments and integration testing.
Coordinates with ACC DET10 and all relevant stakeholders to develop and implement the Continuation Training Program.
What Sets You Apart (Required):
Must have a current TS/SCI.
Bachelor's degree and four (4) years of relevant experience or Associate's and six (6) years of relevant experience (*Experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
Experienced RC-135 ASE Instructor
Experience supporting military training to include at least one of the following: Initial and Mission Qualification programs and/or Continuation Training, including Courseware Development (CWD), Instructional Systems Design (ISD), Status of Training (SOT) reporting, documentation of Job Qualifications Standards (JQS), or student progress reports.
Previous experience in squadron DOT or CCV offices, with a thorough understanding of AF 11-202 Vol 1.
Skilled verbal communicator, frequently required to deliver presentations at conferences, meetings, etc.
Experience operating and managing a team with little to no guidance. Needs to be a self-starter and capable of taking the initiative.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $63,700.00 - $115,150.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
