The National Security Sector of Leidos is excited to announce an opportunity for an IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in supporting the G2 Army MI Enterprise, providing essential IT repair, maintenance, operations, logistics, and engineering services to ensure the secure and reliable availability of Army Military Intelligence Enterprise IT Systems.
This position is based at the Pentagon and requires an active Top Secret SCI DoD security clearance.
As an IT Support Technician, you will deliver exceptional service desk support services aligned with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) standards. You will work within a predominantly Microsoft Enterprise software environment across multiple networks, managing Incident Tickets, Service Requests, Change Requests, System Performance, and Identity Management Requests for both on-site and off-site personnel.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Provide Tier I / II contact and incident resolution for customers experiencing hardware, software, and application issues.
- Resolve as many incidents as possible during the first call or at Tier I.
- Document incident resolutions and statuses using incident database tools such as BMC Remedy or Microsoft Service Manager.
- Install system-wide software and assist with optimizing system performance.
- Set up administrator and service accounts as needed.
- Create and manage user accounts, schedule video teleconferences, and provide remote troubleshooting support.
- Contribute to establishing and updating standard operating procedures.
- Participate in the organization’s change management process.
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service at all times.

Pay Range :
Pay Range $50,700.00 - $91,650.00
