Responsibilities
- Design and develop intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for various digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, and software products.
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate designs to ensure a seamless and user-friendly experience.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI / UX design, and apply them to enhance the overall user experience.
- Work closely with developers to ensure the design vision is accurately implemented.
- Perform user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve and iterate designs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital platforms.
- Maintain and update design guidelines and style guides to ensure consistency and efficiency in design processes.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and team members.
- Take ownership of projects and ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to present design concepts and progress updates.
- Collaborate with product managers to understand user needs and business goals, and translate them into user-centered designs.
- Continuously seek feedback and suggestions for improvement from team members and stakeholders.
- Adhere to project timelines and budgets while maintaining a high level of quality in designs.
- Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility and usability standards.
- Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve any design-related issues.
- Create and maintain a strong portfolio showcasing your skills and expertise in UI / UX design.
- Proactively identify and suggest new design ideas and concepts to improve the overall user experience.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and design tools and incorporate them into design processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
