As a Technology Professional, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge technology solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions that address complex challenges and drive mission success.

Pay Range
Pay Range $85,150.00 - $153,925.00

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement technology solutions based on client requirements and project specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of systems and applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, and recommend innovative solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Document technical designs, code, and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
- Participate in agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.

- Must be able to work on-site 5 days per week in the Woodlawn, MD office.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working in a government contracting environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Scrum Master).
