Description
The Maritime System Division (MSD) of Leidos is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to provide vital logistics support in a dynamic and growing environment at our Long Beach, MS facility.
Primary Responsibilities
- Participate in team meetings to understand and influence project planning and deadlines.
- Receive and inspect materials upon delivery to ensure quality.
- Enter received materials into the inventory control system (ServiceNow).
- Process program requests for both internal and external equipment shipments.
- Plan and manage the movement of materials in collaboration with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams.
- Maintain organized warehouse spaces and controlled inventory areas.
- Prepare shipments for delivery and coordinate truck schedules.
- Audit quotes to ensure accuracy and compliance with FAR and Leidos procurement policies.
- Update project material tracking spreadsheets regularly.
- Document procedures for receiving and shipping processes.
- Create shipping documents and package materials for shipment.
- Provide logistics support for equipment configuration tasks.
- Complete DD1149 forms and all necessary material transfer documentation.

Pay Range : $34,450.00 - $62,275.00
