Your Main Objective :
We are seeking a Network Engineer to manage networking services, including telephony, VoIP, and videoconferencing across our headquarters building and field sites. You will collaborate with a dedicated team overseeing the implementation and maintenance of our global WAN / LAN infrastructure—essential for supporting mission-critical programs.
What Sets You Apart :
The ideal candidate will have a robust background in managing large-scale data networks. You should possess substantial experience with networking devices (switches, routers, patch panels), videoconferencing systems, VoIP implementation, and telephony, particularly with Cisco Call Manager and Cisco Meeting Server. A minimum of ten years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline are required, although extensive experience may compensate for degree qualifications.
This role encompasses the following responsibilities :
- Support all facets of network management, from design to implementation and maintenance.
- Analyze and evaluate network performance, addressing inefficiencies with effective solutions.
- Monitor network and telecommunications performance, swiftly responding to operational anomalies.
- Facilitate the deployment of VoIP, Video Teleconferencing (VTC), and traditional telephony systems.
- Collaborate with external network operations centers as necessary.
- Exhibit an expert understanding of networking protocols (TCP / IP, OSPF, EIGRP) and systems (LAN, firewalls, routers).
- Communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences, including non-technical team members.
- Install and configure new network and telecommunications hardware and software.
- Create and maintain network diagrams and configuration documentation.

Pay Range :
Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00.
