The Airborne Mission Operations (AMO) within the Airborne Solutions Business Area (ASBA) of Leidos Defense Systems Sector is seeking a skilled and experienced Network Operations Manager. In this key role, you will be instrumental in optimizing and maintaining a robust network environment. Your responsibilities will include installing and configuring essential network equipment such as domain controllers, routers, switches, and firewalls. You will also conduct extensive testing to ensure functionality and compliance with security standards, maintain comprehensive documentation, and offer technical support to both team members and end-users.

Primary Responsibilities
- Enhance and maintain a managed network adhering to Leidos policy and Department of Defense (DoD) standards.
- Configure critical network equipment, including domain controllers, routers, switches, firewalls, and servers.
- Conduct extensive testing of network systems to validate functionality, performance, and security compliance.
- Proactively review and mitigate vulnerabilities within the network environment.
- Ensure network availability for 24 / 7 operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during installations, upgrades, and testing phases.
- Maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, installations, and changes.
- Develop and update network diagrams and other technical documents as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical support and expert guidance to team members and end-users.
- Stay informed on DoD policies and best practices related to network security and design.
- Implement robust security measures to safeguard network infrastructure and data.

Pay Range : Pay Range $89,700.00 - $162,150.00
