Description
Leidos is actively seeking a dedicated Staffing Resource Coordinator to support our Mission Solutions department. This pivotal role involves collaborating with the Program Management Office (PMO) to assist in reviewing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates, as well as coordinating interviews for customer site leads.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with leadership to understand and fulfill staffing requirements.
- Identify and prioritize hiring needs for the program.
- Address resource demands across all areas of the program.
- Forecast new employee requirements in close collaboration with leads and customers.
- Oversee the development and verification of job requisitions.
- Coordinate hiring events in partnership with Talent Acquisition (TA).
- Facilitate interviews with Talent Acquisition and program leads for optimal candidate engagement.
- Track candidate progress and provide updates to the program and customer leadership.
- Identify any roadblocks and coordinate with TA for resolution.
- Act as the liaison between TA and Human Resources (HR) for data requests.
- Partner with subcontracts, HR, and TA teams to expedite offer processes.
- Engage with subcontractors to ensure accurate identification of hiring requirements.
- Review candidate resumes to ensure alignment with job descriptions.
- Prepare and present hiring metrics during program reviews.
- Utilize Resource Management Systems (RMS) or similar tools for effective resource management.
- Continuously improve staffing processes to enhance efficiency.
Clearance Requirement : An active and in-scope TS / SCI clearance with polygraph is essential for consideration.

Pay Range : $112,450.00 - $203,275.00
