Leidos seeks an RC-135 Training Specialist for an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team in supporting Air Combat Command's (ACC) Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission at Offutt AFB, NE. We welcome candidates with backgrounds as an Airborne Analyst (AA), Airborne Mission Supervisor (AMS), Electronic Warfare Officer (EWO), or Information Integration Officer (IIO) to apply and share their skills. Candidates must possess a TS / SCI with polygraph clearance.

Your Main Mission :
Provide comprehensive academic, simulator, and inflight training to back-end ISR crews for the RC / TC / WC / OC-135 fleets. This training aligns with requirements set by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), aircraft manufacturer technical orders, and DoD / USAF guidelines. While training may cover non-ISR-related aircrew duties such as safety and emergency procedures, the focus will remain on ISR-related crew duties. Additionally, you will deliver detailed data and analysis regarding training accomplishments, needs, and effectiveness using daily and monthly metrics specific to Programmed Flying Training (PFT) requirements as determined by the Combat Training Squadron (CTS) / FTU leadership.
What Sets You Apart :
Bachelor's degree with four (4) or more years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree with six (6) or more years of experience (additional experience may compensate for lack of degree).
Experience with the RC-135 is essential.
Must have CFIC certification.
Clearance : TS / SCI with polygraph required from day one.

Pay Range :
Pay Range $63,700.00 - $115,150.00
