The National Security Sector has an exciting opportunity for a TRILOS Training Coordinator to develop and deliver comprehensive training for PEO Missile and Space (MS) TRILOS terminals. This role will support the Warfighter Readiness program located at Fort Eisenhower, GA. The ideal candidate will provide training and support at various customer locations, general maintenance, and systems integration support. Travel of up to 30% CONUS and OCONUS is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and troubleshoot malfunctions and issues related to TRILOS systems, components, and supported software.
- Assist in the development and delivery of effective training on the TRILOS system.
- Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Report issues, changes, and developmental status following the Project Communications Management Plan.
- Instruct and provide comprehensive training on the TRILOS terminal.
- Additional Duties Include :
- Design and validate RF link performance, quality, and reliability.
- Utilize measuring and diagnostic tools to test and adjust equipment.
- Support PEO-MS engineers in the field with hands-on expertise.
- Optimize existing networks by adjusting radio network parameters and addressing hardware issues.
- Monitor and analyze statistical data to enhance system performance.
- Apply propagation theory and RF engineering methods to determine optimal access point placement.
- Conduct projects in a safe and professional manner.
- Present equipment capabilities to command teams effectively.
- Instruct training classes.
- Contribute to the development of Technical Manuals and Training Packages.
- Support vendor-driven events such as EW testing and new equipment initiatives.
- Collaborate with Army organizations for equipment validation (NSIB, ACM, ATEC, CASCOM).

Pay Range : $57,850.00 - $104,575.00
