You should have a track record of success in a franchise dealership and be ready to take full ownership of sales performance, process, and culture.
Qualifications
You’ll:

Lead new and used vehicle sales operations

Hire, train, and develop the sales team

Manage inventory, pricing, and desking

Work closely with ownership and department heads
