BILINGUAL, ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Leigh Enterprises is seeking a Motivated, Driven, Eager to Learn and Enthusiastic Administrative Assistant who is passionate about providing exceptional administrative support in the restaurant industry. 1909 Gastro Pub (Old Town Temecula), Toast Temecula, and Toast Murrieta! The Administrative Assistant will assist in supporting our three local restaurants where we pride ourselves on our craft cocktails, excellent food, and extraordinary guest experience!

Office Administrative Assistant Expectations

The assistant will be a highly professional and confidential individual who will report directly to the Human Resources Manager. This person will be able to effectively communicate, prioritize and execute their tasks efficiently. The administrative assistant will be responsible for assisting and supporting in all areas of Administration and Human Resources as needed while living the companys values at all times. As a representative of Leigh Enterprises, LLC, dba 1909, Toasty dba Toast and Toast Murrieta Inc, the administrative assistant must be professional, positive, personable, and efficient!

RESPONSIBILITIES

OFFICE ADMINISTRATION

  • Assist with running errands and traveling to our different local Toast restaurants
  • Assist and Support the Executive Team with tasks and projects
  • Assist the Office Staff with restaurant specific tasks

HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATION

  • Administration of Benefit Programs
  • Assist with Onboarding / Offboarding Tasks
  • Administration of Mandatory Training Certifications
  • Participate and help drive Safety Culture
  • Administration of Workers Compensation
  • Administration of Employee Recordkeeping (filing and scanning)
  • Management of Company Uniform Inventory
  • Assist and support the HR Manager with other tasks as needed
  • REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be Bilingual (Spanish & English)
  • Must have at least 1 year of Administrative or Human Resources experience
  • Restaurant Experience a PLUS!
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Must have exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
  • Must be a self-starter and driven
  • Must be Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Products
  • Proven administrative experience
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases and / or willing to learn
