Primary Responsibilities
Day to Day
Assist and support the day to day tasks of the PD/ Sourcing/ Production team:
- Own and manage accurate PD and Production-related data and linesheets in internal
Airtable WIPs and vendor Excel WIPs.
- Audit and maintain Production-specific data in Linesheet, such as costing, margins,
vendor info, etc.
- Track, manage, log and distribute packages to relevant internal teams - samples,
references, materials, etc.
- Fully manage and coordinate Proto, SMS, PPS and TOP status and approvals with
internal team and overseas vendors.
- Support on SMS and bulk PO creation and/ or management, and maintenance in
inventory system, and reconciling POs against invoices, as needed.
- Track and support all Development and Production deadlines, including SMS and PO
issue Dates and X-factory dates.
- Create clear and well-organized development and production-related material
presentations.
- Devise functional filing system for all development and bulk material tracking.
- Maintain office supplies.
- Proof all artwork for cartons, labels, hangtags to ensure smooth receipt of goods.
- Liaise with vendors to create Barcodes and UPC stickers.
- Assist in the tracking, shipping, reporting, management, organization and filing of all
Production-related materials, including but not limited to: bulk approval cuttings,
colorcards, lab dips, PPS and TOP samples, bulk strike-offs, etc.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Establish effective working relationships with all key departments: Design,
Merchandising, Creative, Operations, Customer Service, etc.
- Communicate updates or delays to cross-functional partners - ensure a consistent,
accurate and seamless flow of information across teams.
- Issue daily or weekly communication to internal partners regarding status of samples at
all stages of development.
- Track, log and communicate changes related to budget and costing in a clear manner.
- Work closely with Customer Service, Merchandising team and vendors to troubleshoot
issues related to defects or quality.
- Create and maintain Sales Linesheet in collaboration with Sales and design teams (in
addition to Airtable Linesheet).
- Work closely with Operations team to oversee production work at DC (custom
packaging, labeling, etc.) and ensure the DC has materials to process orders and
returns – hangtags, etc.

- Extremely detail oriented, quick and proactive. Never has to be asked to do something twice.
Background and Experience:
- 2-5 years of Sourcing, Development and/ or Production experience, ideally with apparel and consumer facing digital/ecommerce business.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Apparel, Textiles or related major, or equivalent
business experience.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Driver’s license and a car are required as there will be travel between retail locations and the office and photo shoots on occasion.
- In-office 5 days/ week, 9am-5pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
